KJV John 4:24 “God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.”
As we develop our personal relationship with God, he teaches us his word and his ways
God calls us to fellowship with one another, to operate as a body (1 Corin 12:14-27).

I see a lot of times people are creating a perception of a god who will allow them to live their life the way they choose, based on what they want… not based on truth.
During this generation, people are falling away from trauma, hypocrisy, and deception that was seen by people in the church. We are in a generation that is getting knowledge of God from the media and no longer desires to connect in settings where God himself is —>worshipped<—.
My journey led me to God before I even joined a church. I was awakening as this spiritual being with so many questions about what was happening. There was so much deception pulling at me about who I am and who God is. I eventually triumphed through that part of my life, to God be the glory… and found the truth.
I started looking for a church unsure where to go and honestly I was intimidated. I started out attending small group classes and eventually attended Sunday services. As I was attending church Holy Spirit was educating me at home and I began finding information that wasn’t being taught in church. I was back and forth, in and out. I knew this wasn’t my church home, but it was apart of my growth.
Fast forward, I had to go out on faith and step out of fear… we underestimate the things that are in us that are holding us back from being what will make us great. I finally found somewhere where I could fellowship and be cultivated by the word of God. Halleluyah
Our connection to God is so significant… but what he teaches us is more than we are his chosen ppl and he is real. He teaches us about his Son Christ and morals that lead us from sin/darkness. He reveals our identity and spiritual authority. Imagine staying a beginners’ level version of yourself.
As you grow and journey continue to seek God. Join with other believers who demonstrate not only the word but the love, hope, faith, and authority we have through Christ.
