Purposely Positioned

Purposely positioned, either road I take… My God has lifted me from my own transgressions, for my good. Thank you!!

As I grow to know and love God I know I have a choice… to willing pick and choose what is for me and what stands against me… whether or not I will play blind or deaf to his Word.

I used to say… ME???

Why me?

What is it that I possess, what could I possibly do??

What does my the Lord know that I don’t??

That I’ve been made worthy of his love… that even I have been set free? Surely my enemy knows, for devils believe in Him and tremble. Lord, I ask that you reveal what it is that I should do, and how I should do the things that delight you. As much as I have tried to conform to this world, He will not allow it.

Sometimes we allow the world to create our narrative because we don’t understand it ourselves. We rely on the world to give a sense of purpose and the mark of approval. The approval says, “YES, YOU FIT IN!”

And guess what we become stuck and lost in the world… We begin to hate ourselves because we aren’t like the world and the world isn’t like us. Do not conform to this temporary world!! Seek the kingdom of God (eternal) and his righteousness.

Psalm 4:3 “But know that the LORD hath set apart him that is godly for himself: the LORD will hear when I call unto him.”

Romans 12:2 “And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

Matthew 6:33 “But seek ye first the kingdom of GOD, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you (Matt 6:31).”
